Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MoJoe Boutique, where all orders are made-to-order.

 

 All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, we do not ship orders on holidays and weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days so please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If their happens to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

 

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

MoJoe Boutique is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). MoJoe Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time we do not accept returns and exchanges due to our work system being print-on-demand. Please read the description of the items and size up if you like a more oversized look! If we make changed to our process in the future we will be sure to let you know. Thank you for your cooperation!
